In Terminology Counseling (Counsel) means giving advice, but also has implications for the discussion of lead feedback and exchange opinions. Why Patient needed Counseling Service?
The success of a therapy is not only determined by the diagnosis and selection of appropriate medicines, but also by the adherence (compliance) for patients who have been in therapy in the set.
Patients obedience determined by several things including perceptions about health, the experience of previous ecstasy treatment, the environment (friends and family), medicine side effects, the economy, interaction with health personnel (doctors, pharmacists and nurses).

These factors result from the lack of information and communication between health personnel with the patient.
