<p style="text-align: justify;">A recently proposed by a client whether <a href="http://www.protectmifamilies.org/tag/nutrition/" target="_blank">nutrition</a> is a factor in either causing or preventing pain in the neck. At first glance, I think a man eating a Big Mac and then five minutes later, he was placed in a C-neck because of his sore neck. Of course, this means an exaggeration, but you can question &#8211; how could cause neck pain or prevent life-ask?<span id="more-614"></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The neck has seven vertebrae also known. Each vertebra is divided by panels, which works like a shock absorber. Depend on each other vertebrate muscles, nerves and tendons to function properly on the neck.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">A balanced diet provides the essential substance required strength of the bone and the nervous system to develop in the body.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Foods with omega-3 fatty acids (which in some fish such as salmon can find help sardines and mackerel, the fish oil supplements, some seeds, nuts and green vegetables), the inflammatory chemicals that can cause neck pain to reduce.
