Menu Diet

Select one type of organic vegetables or fruits each mature and fresh. You will need 1.6 kg of fruit or vegetable. Choose one this vegetable or fruits: grapes, apples, pears, pineapple, papaya, carrots, cucumbers, or celery. Eat in small amounts and if the methods vary. For example: You create or grate vegetables for breakfast, making juice for lunch and eat it directly to dinner.

In the morning drink a glass of sadness mixed hot water with fruit juice and half a lemon to wake up your heart. Do not forget to drink 1.5 liters of mineral water which was filtered regularly throughout the day.

Important exercise

In the morning: a simple stretching to stimulate the lymph system. A few moments later, do aromatherapy or shiatsu massage or relaxation techniques, such as breathing exercises.

During the day: try some yoga or Pilates exercises. Another alternative is swimming, biking or walking.

In the afternoon: do relaxation with meditation, or practicing simple visualization techniques. Pamper yourself with a pedicure or manicure, read a book, or listening to music that won. After that, Soak in salt water and be prepared to Epsom Salt bed early to read a book or drinking a cup of the herbs that won.
